No Return, No Refund Policy

At Ordered Steps Creatives LLC, we take pride in crafting handmade and hand-poured products with the utmost care. As each item is custom-crafted specifically for you, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Exchange and Store Credit Policy

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit in the following cases:

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours (2 days) with photos of the item and packaging.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product, please email us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer store credit or a replacement for the damaged or incorrect product.

Shipping fees for replacements will be covered by us.

Hygiene & Safety Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under these circumstances:

  • Used Products: Once a soap, candle, or other product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personal Preferences: We understand scent preferences vary, but returns cannot be accepted based on personal preferences.
  • Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately. We recommend performing a patch test before using any of our products. Allergic reactions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange or report a damaged/defective item, follow these steps:

2.    Approval Process: Once we review your request, we will guide you through the exchange process. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval or outside of the exchange process will not be accepted.
